He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Jay Williams of New Bedford and David Williams; his sister Piper "Muffin" Ellis (Robert Ellis) of North Carolina; his nephew Matthew Williams (Marianne); his siblings' children, Michael Williams (Stephanie) of Cape Cod, Winona Ellis of Albany, NY, Tia Johnson of Greenville, NC, Sheena Gomes, Nikkisha Goames of Buzzards Bay and Cory Knight of Texas; his grandchildren, Faith Williams, Paige Williams of Middleboro, Destiny Weeks and Jayson Cabral of New Bedford; his parents, Richard V. Williams and Myrtle Jacqueline Anderson-Williams of Marshfield; his siblings, Wilbert "Butch" Knight of New Hampshire and Jacqueline "Bunny" Gomes of Marshfield; Dillion of Mashpee.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Marshfield Elks Lodge #2494 (1321 Ocean St, Marshfield, MA 02050).
