He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burkinshaw and Natalie Burkinshaw (Hardy); and his sister Natalie Henderson (Thomas). He is survived by: his children, William of Fredericksburg, VA, Mark (Wendy) of Grayslake, IL and Betsy Cox (George) of Rice Lake, WI.; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Sarah, Victoria, Michaela and Alexandra.
