William E. Stanton Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of William E. Stanton (Marshfield, Massachusetts) is shared. William, born on August 29, 1954, passed away on September 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
William will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor William by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though William is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. William’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Sarah Witter; his children, Pat and Erin; his in-laws, Bill and Lisa; and his grandchildren, Alice and Fiona.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Marshfield Country Club (515 Moraine St, Marshfield, MA 02050). At the beginning of COVID, he and Lisa went to Maryland to help care for them while Pat and Caroline worked.
