She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Patricia Lyons, Donald Butler and Eugene Joseph Conlon; her uncle John Francis Conlon; her sister Chelsea Ann Chicarella; and her stepbrother Andrew James Malm.
She is survived by: her parents, Joseph E. Conlon (Tricia Conlon) and Hope Jay Conlon (Charles MacEacheron) of Hyannis, MA.; her children, Quintin Francis Burt, Harper Lee Burt and Jordan Matthew Forant; her sister Hannah J. Conlon of West Warwick; her stepsiblings, Julie R. Scott (Ryan Scott) of Cumberland, Joseph T. Malm of East Greenwich, Olivia, Emma and Sadie Tran; and her grandmother Peg Conlon of Warwick. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
