As Lee Ann departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lee Ann. Though Lee Ann may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorraine Tompkins and Hobart Tompkins; and her brother Kerry Farmer of Harwich. She is survived by: her husband Robert Trapp of Marstons Mills; her sons, Christopher Trapp (Alyssa) of Marstons Mills and Michael Trapp (Kelly) of Sandwich; her siblings, Greg Farmer (Colleen) of Falmouth and Jennifer Hurst (Jeff) of Kingston, TN.; and her grandchildren, Mila, Cole and Avery.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chapman Funeral & Cremations (3778 Falmouth Rd, Marstons Mills, MA 02648).
