He is survived by : his friend Joey DeBarros; his sister Donna Hindle; his children, Stephen, Shawn (Patricia), Kelly Ragucci (Michael), Bryan and Marc (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Melody, Stephen, Sophie, Tyler, Cameron, Nathaniel, Adelyn, Jackie, Cyana, Timothy, Emily and McKenzie. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Billy's memory to a charity of your choice.

I know he experienced a lengthy period of declining health and, being the free spirit that he was, I am glad that is now behind him.
