He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph H. Rogers and Dorothy L. Rogers (Boyden); and his brother Paul W. Rogers. He is survived by : his wife Leila Rogers; his children, Angela Spellman (Dennis) of Fall River, Michael Rogers (Nicole) of Plymouth, Tracy Rogers of Attleboro, Benjamin Rogers of Brockton and Samuel Rogers (Dayna Altman) of Quincy; and his grandchildren, Kristen Silva, Christopher Kershaw, Kasey O'Brien, Christopher Sullivan, Brandon Rogers, Devin Rogers and Arianna Rogers. He is also survived by his 5 great-grandchildren and many extended family.

“I worked with Al at Baker Brothers, Stoughton, MA in the late 1980's and early 1990's. He was a valuable mentor and friend. Although, we had not stayed in touch that regularly as our careers progressed. His input, and concern for others really impressed me.
