He is survived by: his father Raymond Shoemaker; his son Scott Shoemaker (Ruth); his grandchildren, Hayley Huber (Zachary) and Nathan Shoemaker; his sister-in-law Grace Kendrick (Peter); and his friend Joan Haggerty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
