He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Stepper (Averbuck) and Melvin Stepper; and his siblings, Herbert and Linda. He is survived by: his wife Eda; his sons, Eric Stepper (Michelle), Mark Stepper and David Stepper (Cara); and his grandchildren, Theo, Zach, Josh, Sienna and Aria.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Ma National Cemetery.
