Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fraser and Grace Fraser (Burns); and his brother Edward Fraser, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peg" Fraser (Rourke) of Cotuit, MA; and his children, Karen Barnes (Joseph) of Ithaca, NY, Kevin Fraser (Julie) of Billerica, MA and Brian Fraser (Paula) of Stafford, NH. He is also survived by his 6 grandsons; and his 2 granddaughters.
