She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Ballard and Leona Ballard (Lankiewicz); and her brothers, Kevin Bell, David Ballard (Miok), John Ballard and Steven Ballard.

She is survived by : her daughters, Cherie Ballard Lundberg (Eric) and Kim Ballard (Walter Bahia) of Maynard; her grandchildren, Sarah, Eric Jr., Steven, Amanda and Jessica; and her siblings, Carl Ballard (late Patty) and Carlene Bell. She is also survived by many nieces nephews and a large extended family.
