He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Howard and Gladys Howard (Bradly); his siblings, Gladys Howard and Frank L. Howard, Jr. (late Eleanor C.); and his siblings' child Llyod G. Williams.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Maroc L. "Rocky" Howard, Lenore A. Redden, Bernadette Winston and Gregory S. Williams; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Felicia, Esa, Gregory S. Jr. and Germaine; Marruecos, Cordell and Veronica.
