He was predeceased by: his father Charles P. Tyler, Sr.; and his pet Bandit. He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Tyler (Drucilla); his pet Smokie; his sisters, Deanna M. De Leon of Long Beach, California and Wendy E. Waithe (Edward E. Johnson Jr.) of Medford; his uncle Erroll Tyler of Melrose; his aunt Jean Hill of Pembroke Pines, FL; his cousin Kip Diggs; and his close friend Kenny Eaglan of Woburn. He is also survived by cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (1 Holton St, Medford, MA 02155). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
