He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Ligon Sr. and Mary E. Ligon (Frederick). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jeanne Ligon; his children, Jennifer (Richard) and Teddy (Jana); his grandchildren, Imani, Nyla, Jojo and Aya; and his brother David.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mystic Valley NAACP, in his memory, would be greatly appreciated.
