He is survived by: his children, Alexander Chepulis, Amy Brown (Christopher), Jason Chepulis and Tracy Hebert (Alexander Atanasovski); his grandchildren, Charles Self (Shannon Self), Ashley Chepulis, Jenna Chepulis (Robert Williams), Katelyn Chepulis, Tyler Chepulis, Alyssa Brown, Kailey Brown, Addisyn Brown, Lorelai Hebert and Ashlyn Hebert; and his siblings, Diana Clark, Laura Anderson, David Chepulis and Christopher Chepulis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
