She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert and Helen Dunn of St. John's; and her sister Joan Welch (Bob). She is survived by: her nieces, Ellyn Welch Carrabis (Pat) of Saugus, Kathy Welch of Malden and Dianne Welch McDonough (Scott); her sisters, Eileen Welch DiSisto (Bill) of Middleton and Tricia Appe of Malden; her siblings' children, Jenna, Jared Carrabis, Meghan, Haley McDonough, Dylan and Tyler DiSisto; her cousins, Celine Hubbard, Marie Hunt, Bette Hickey and Paul Molloy; and her godchildren, Paul Molloy, Ellyn Carrabis and Celine Crespi-Hunt.
Eleanor worked for the phone company for many years and upon retiring she went to work in the parish rectory for Immaculate Conception Parish in Revere where she remained until the Covid pandemic.
