He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Giacalone and Maria Giacalone (Asaro); his wife Rosaria Giacalone (Ciaramitaro); and his brother John B. Giacalone, Sr. (late Anna "Connie" Giacalone). He is survived by: his children, Salvatore Giacalone (Rosemarie Cugini), Frank Giacalone (JeanMarie), MaryAnn Blackler (late Darrin) and Robert Giacalone (Anna); his grandsons, Anthony, Christopher (Claudia) and David (Meghan); his daughter-in-law Pamela Giacalone; his grandson-in-law Joseph Garcia (Jenna); his great grandchildren, Julian and Layla; and his sister Margaret Quinci (late Francesco).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home (306 Main St, Medford, MA 02155). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (118 High St, Medford, MA 02155).
