She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Fedele Fabiano; her children, Tina De Crescenzo (Albert) of Medford and Tony Fabiano (Lisa) of Medford; her grandchildren, Phyllis Iacoviello (David), Grace De Crescenzo, Frances Hammond (Robert) and Anthony Fabiano (Sydney); her great grandchildren, Nicolas, Matthew, Olivia, Albert, Victoria and Catherine; her sister Stella Rossi; and her niece Giovanna Rossi.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home (306 Main St, Medford, MA 02155). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (118 High St, Medford, MA 02155).
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Grazia's name to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty St., Danvers, MA 01923.
