She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel W. "Bill" Foley and Mary Foley (Bannon) of Somerville; her siblings, Phyllis R. Foley, Daniel W. Foley III and Richard G. Foley; and her siblings-in-law, Charlie Sahlas, Bob Scioletti, Sr. and Frances A. Murray (Shea).
She is survived by: her son Joseph P. Shea of South Boston.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the George L. Doherty Funeral Home (855 Broadway, Somerville, MA 02144). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the George L. Doherty Funeral Service, Inc. (855 Broadway, Somerville, MA 02144).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Isabel's memory to the Susan G. Komen Fund or Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), or the charity of your choice.
