Joseph R. Semenza Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2025, Joseph R. Semenza of Medford, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Joseph farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Joseph is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joanne Semenza (Amari) and David J. Semenza; his brother David J. Semenza, Jr. (Shauna); his sibling's children, Stella and Santino "Sonny" Semenza; his aunt Lisa Amari Stone (late David Stone); and his uncle John Amari.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home (306 Main St, Medford, MA 02155). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Joseph Church (118 High St, Medford, MA 02155).
