He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Michael Amico; his parents, Michael "Mickey" Luongo and Helen Luongo (Ciampi); and his son Steven Luongo of Gloucester. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Luongo (Lessard); his children, Michael Luongo Jr. of Methuen and Lisa Nargi (Larry Nargi); his granddaughters, Bianca Nargi and Marissa Nargi; his sister Mary Amico (Luongo); and also Nathan Clement of Medford.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home (306 Main St, Medford, MA 02155). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Raphael Church (512 High St, Medford, MA 02155).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Michael's name to the American Heart Association PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
