(Yvonne Purdy) of Holden, Jennifer L. Purdy (Thomas J. P. O'Malley) of Gloucester and Douglas G. Purdy of Medford; his grandchildren, Kyra Purdy and Colette O'Malley; and his siblings, Joan and Leslie.
