He was predeceased by: his father Ralph P. Tedesco; his grandparents, Clement, Marie Tedesco, Stanley and Victoria Maryanski; and his parents-in-law, Joseph and Dorothy McGurk.
He is survived by: his mother Constance Tedesco (Maryanski) of Winston-Salem, NC; his wife Marilyn Tedesco (McGurk); his children, Matthew Tedesco (Christy) of Kittery and Ann Marie Tedesco of Kittery; and his siblings, James Tedesco (Kathy) of Flat Rock, NC, Paul Tedesco (Linda) of East Boston, Diane Lawing (Bill) of Winston Salem, NC and Brian Tedesco (Nicole) of Windham, NH.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home (306 Main St, Medford, MA 02155). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
