He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Caraviello and Maria Caraviello (Contrada); his wives, Angela Caraviello (Mosko) and Mildred Trifiro; and his siblings, Fred, Salvatore, Frank, Tina, Clara and Armand.
He is survived by: his son Richard Caraviello (Carol); his grandchildren, Richard Caraviello (Lisa), Lauren Mongiello (Joey) and Nicole Gaudette (Stephen); and his great grandchildren, Gianna, Joey, Richie, Nicholas, Giuliana, Isabella, James and Michael. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home (306 Main St, Medford, MA 02155). A prayer will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
