He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Botelho and Beverly Botelho (Gould). He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Botelho (Trani); his daughters, Sheena Mezmar (Jonathan) of Bridgewater and Kim Wiant (Mark) of New Bethlehem, PA.; his grandchildren, Mason, Stella Mezmar, Aria and AJ Wiant; his siblings, Cindy Johnson (Norman) and Michael Botelho; his niece Kayla Botelho; and his nephew Scott Johnson.
