He is survived by: his mother Frances Smith-McAlice; his wife Frances "Francie" Kinsman-Smith (Combs); his daughters, Jacqueline Kinsman (Jon Ustin) of Medway and Lori Milligan (Nathan) of Stow; his grandchildren, Lilah, Sadie and Logan; his siblings, Herbert Smith of Stoughton and Veronica Smith of Indiana; and also Jacqueline "Jackie".
