He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary San Clemente (Deignan) and Joseph J. San Clemente; his parents-in-law, Lewis F. Howe and Nancy L Howe (Solari); Mary L San Clemente (Deignan).
He is survived by: his wife Lynne San Clemente (Howe); his sons, Matt San Clemente (Katie) of Millville and Mark San Clemente (Spencer Good) of North Smithfield, RI.; his grandson Caiden San Clemente; his siblings, Bill San Clemente, Carol Riddle of Plymouth, MA, Ed San Clemente of Falmouth, MA and Paul San Clemente of Southborough, MA.; his brother-in-law Lewis Howe of Middleborough, MA; and his cousin Mary-Ann Deignan Hornbaker of Marlborough, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ginley Funeral Home of Medway From (3 Barber St, Medway, MA 02053). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (151 Village St, Medway, MA 02053).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Friends of Cape Cod National Seashore or Special Olympics Massachusetts in Daniel's name.
