With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judith Piela Yasi (Medway, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Piela and Elaine Piela (Nowiszewski). She is survived by: her husband Dan Yasi of Medway, MA; her children, Katherine Yasi of Chicago, Emily Yasi (Jessica) of Framingham, MA, Lauren (Javon) of Richmond, VA and Enzo; her stepson Paul Yasi (Jennifer) of Hampden, MA; her daughter Madeline; and her brother John J. Piela, Jr. of Preston.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, a cause close to Judy's heart.
