He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenic F. Penza and Frances M. Penza (DiGregorio); and his siblings, Pat, Rita, Carlo, Donald, Natali "Joe", Domenic Penza and Marie Buchanan.
He is survived by: his wife Marie E. Penza (DiGirolamo); his sons, Brett Penza (Kathleen) of Uxbridge and David Penza (Laura McPherson) of Wrentham; his grandchildren, Amanda Shea (David) of Holden, Maggie Penza (Brad Goodwin) of Quincy and Daniel Penza (Elizabeth) of Medway; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Connor and Sophia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
