She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen McNicholas; her sister Brenda Whelan; her children, Brian O'Donnell and Leeann O'Donnell; and her parents, John Dale and Helen Dale (O'Brien).

She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Bob) and Donnell (Judy O'Donnell) of Otterberg; her grandchildren, Amanda Sears (Cameron Sears) of Uxbridge, Charles Matatall (Chuck), Ryan O'Donnell (Angie Ruddell) of Englewood, Jessica Winters (Zachari Winters) of Fort Collins, Ashley O'Donnell (Jason Struglinski) of Millis and Holly O'Donnell (Josh Remillard) of Mellville; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Olivia, Charlie, Gianna, Eleanor, Emma, Lilly and Autumn. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

Ginny's wishes were, that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Medway Food Pantry, 600 Mahan Circle, Medway, MA 02053.
