He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel Caton (Tucker); his parents, John Caton and Mary Caton (Bingham); and his siblings, Anna Twiss and John Caton.

He is survived by: his children, Maryann Vautrinot (Thomas) of Plympton, Paul of Medway and Ralph Caton of Medway; his granddaughters, Laura, Julia and Erica; his great grandchild Declan; and his sister Patricia Moran of Mansfield.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in William's memory to the Medway Senior Center, 76 Oakland St., Medway, MA 02053.
