He was predeceased by : his parents, John Restivo and Anna Restivo. He is survived by : his wife Mary Restivo (Provost); his sons, Jack (Janet) of Melrose, Rick (Donna) of Haverhill and David (Elizabeth) of Burlington; his grandchildren, John, Matt, Michael and Jesse; and his close friend Eddie Strong. He is also survived by spouses, 10 great grandchildren and countless friends.
