She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank DeFazio and Helen DeFazio; her son Mark LeDonne (late Beverly LeDonne); her son-in-law Tom Perates; her granddaughter Marisa Perates; and her sisters, Linda Philpot of Melrose and Janet Farrell (Dennis Farrell).
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Perates; her grandchildren, Nick Perates, Joseph LeDonne, Olivia LeDonne and Emily LeDonne; her sister Barbara Hawkes (Robert Hawkes); and her daughter Linda. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gately Funeral Home (79 W Foster St, Melrose, MA 02176). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Wyoming Cemetery (205 Sylvan St, Melrose, MA 02176).
