He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Testa; his children, Michelle Walker, Jim Testa and Kim Izzi; his children-in-law, Jeff Walker, Clif Thorn and Louis Izzi; his sister Constance Chessor; his grandchildren, Shawn Walker, Dale Walker, Rachel Walker, Olivia Izzi, Louis Izzi and Andrew Izzi; and his great grandchild Gage Walker.
