He was predeceased by: his father William Lovett; and his brothers, Robert Lovett and Richard Lovett. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Lovett (Nicholson) of Melrose; his children, Mary Hardway (Richard) of Merrimac, Anne Clark (William Jr.) of Melrose, George W. Lovett (Wendy) of Melrose, Robert Lovett (late Michelle) of Belmont, NH and Mark Lovett of Beverly; his grandchildren, Matthew, Glen, Keith, Paige, Albert, Eric, Emma, William III, Scott, Brandon and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Savannah and Gabriel; and his siblings, William Lovett, Mary Lane, James Lovett, John Lovett, Patrick Lovett, Rita Meehan, Joan Bayne, Edward Lovett and Thomas Lovett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Interment will be private. Due to health concerns all guests are kindly asked to wear a face mask to the wake and funeral.
