She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond F. Glavin, Sr.; her parents, Charles Allen and Bella Allen (Doherty); her daughter Patricia "Pat" Dempsey (late Timmy); and her siblings, John Allen, Charles Allen and Mary Clayton.

She is survived by: her children, Raymond "Skip" Glavin Jr. (Maddie), Michael Glavin (Peri), Margaret "Peg" Muse (Jerry Norton), Joe Glavin, Peter Glavin (Diane), Chucky Glavin (Stacey McGuire) and Colleen Burtman (Chuck); her daughter-in-law Maryellen Glavin; her sister Christine Allen; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Glavin, Paul Glavin and Peggy Murphy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
