With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary E. Mogavero of Melrose, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2026 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James MacDonald and Dorothy MacDonald (Raye); and her significant other Frank Mogavero. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Mogavero (Karen) of Woburn and Tami Toomey (Brian) of Woburn; her brother Bruce MacDonald (late Beverly) of San Diego, CA.; and her grandchildren, Grace Toomey, Sarah and Jason Mogavero.
