He was predeceased by: his siblings, Olympia Caparella, Emma Cote, Yolanda Capone, Anthony and Leo Pistorino; and his parents, Adelaide Pistorino and Peter Pistorino.

He is survived by: his wife Eleanor (Fischer); his daughters, Maria Keroack (Myles) of Marblehead, Gina Bushey (Dean) of Stow, Paula Higgins (Patrick) of West Newbury and Ellen Kelly of Mount Pleasant; and his grandchildren, Mary Elisabeth, Brittany, Nicholas Keroack, Lauren, Leah Bushey, Isabella, Eleanor Higgins, Garrett and Graham Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul's name to the St. Francis House, Boylston Street Boston.
