He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel A. Waugh, Sr. and Marjorie F. Waugh (Rogers). He is survived by: his wife Esme "Terry"; his children, Deborah E. Waugh of Malden, Tracy E. Waugh of Andover and Richard A. Waugh, Jr. (Jeannette E.) of Tewksbury; his granddaughters, Kendra E. Waugh of Tewksbury, Vanessa L. Waugh of Tewksbury and Jillian P. Waugh of Tewksbury; and his brothers, Samuel A. Waugh, Jr. (Margaret) of Uxbridge, Roger W. Waugh (Sandra) of Revere and Harvey J. (Margaret) of Lynnfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews.
