She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Vasconcellos and Margaret Vasconcellos (Sacco); her husband Salvatore Speranza; her daughter Diane Rose Cormier (Cameron Cormier) of New Hampshire; and her siblings, Joseph, Millie, Rita and Kay.

She is survived by: her child Dana James Speranza (Peggy Speranza) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Alicia Speranza and Angel Speranza; and her sister Beatrice Miller of Tulsa, OK.
