She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Abbott and Evelyn Nancy Abbott (Johns). She is survived by: her significant other Andrew Hulme; her children, Kristin M. Murphy of Melrose, MA and Nicholas J. Murphy (Abigail Leone-Murphy) of Hudson, MA; her former husband Paul Murphy of Billerica, MA; her brothers, Steve Abbott of Aiken, SC and Jay Abbott of Hudson, MA.; her grandsons, Owen and Sean Murphy; John of Montana.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
