She was predeceased by: her husband Louis H. Jacques; her parents, Paul Gallagher and Jacquelyn Gallagher (Turnbull); and her siblings, Chris and Michael Gallagher.
She is survived by: her children, Jamie Fernandes (Rich) of Mendon, Lisa Balunas of Medway, Heather Clabbers of Mendon, Danielle Mendall (Jacques) of Milford, Jonathan Jacques (Andrea) of Bellingham and Sarah Hamilton (Brent) of Milford; her grandchildren, Ava, Richie, Brielle, Ryan, Tyler, Katherine, Gage, Mason, Maddie and Jake; and her sister Patricia Cleary (James) of Weymouth.
