He was predeceased by : his parents, James J. DeGan and Sally T. DeGan; and his brother James J. DeGan, Jr.. He is survived by : his siblings, John J. DeGan (Jacqueline Kelley DeGan) of Topsfield, MA and Sally A. DeGan (Alison J. Kirchgasser) of Winchester, MA; his niece Emily Le Guil (Maxime Le Guil); his nephew Timothy DeGan (Arche Boston North) of Sneads Ferry, NC; and also Swan Le Guil of Paris, France.
