He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Felix O'Neil and Margaret O'Neil; his wife Connie; his children, Thomas (Nora), Brian (Leslie) and Susan McNeil (Ralph); his grandchildren, Patrick, Jeanie, Emma, Duncan, Conor and Eoghan; his brother Bernard; and his in-laws, Joyce Szczapa, Al, Frank Perry, Carol, Martha Mailloux and Ken. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
