He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Brooks and Beatrice Brooks; his wife Eliene "Beanie" Brooks (Bastarache); his son Mark Brooks of Dracut, MA; his siblings, Arlene Gagnon (Ed) of Salisbury, MA, Maria Miley (Randy) of Glenwood, NJ and George Short of Byfield, MA.; his grandchildren, Heather Brooks, Zachary Brooks, Ryan Brooks, Brandon Allen and Joshua Church; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Finnegan, Scarlett, Violett, Remi, Finley and Josephine.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Merrimac Senior Center (100 E Main St, Merrimac, MA 01860).
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the amazing team who lovingly cared for him in his home from Harborside Hospice, 23 Atkinson Depot Road Suite 105, Plaistow, NH 03865.
