He is survived by: his wife Stacia Perrotta (Tokowicz); his children, Ava, Sophia, Savannah and Anthony; his parents, Ann Perrotta (Colizzi) of Haverhill and Thomas Perrotta (Sherri) of Methuen; and his siblings, Vincent "Vinnie" Perrotta (Justine) of Methuen, Jeremy Perrotta of Goffstown, NH and Isabella "Bella" Perrotta of Methuen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cataudella Funeral Home (126 Pleasant Valley St, Methuen, MA 01844). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Church (196 Main St, North Andover, MA 01845).
