Barbara Doucot Obituary
The memory of Barbara Doucot of Methuen, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 10, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Champy and Eleanor Champy (Ashford); her granddaughter Karlene Teichert; her brother Edward Champy Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Margaret Douçot (MacVicar).
She is survived by: her husband Bob Douçot of Pond's Junior Fishing Derby; her children, Michael Douçot and Suzanne Teichert (Eric Teichert); her grandchildren, Renée Douçot, Keith Marquis (Michael Marquis), Paul Douçot (Israel Hernandez), Kristian Teichert (Michelle) and Chandler Teichert; her great grandchildren, Eleanor Teichert and Jacqueline Marquis; and her sister-in-law Aline Champy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home and Cremation Service (80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Elmwood Cemetery (130 N Lowell St, Methuen, MA 01844).
