It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Jean Callahan of Methuen, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Coco and Margaret Coco (Gueli); her nephew Herbert E. Darling III; her aunts and uncles, Libby (Gib Nelson), Angelo (Mildred Gueli), Eleanor P. Gueli, Michael Gueli Sr. (Freda Gueli), Nancy (Nello Canatta), Stephen Coco, Anthony (Mary Coco) and John Coco; her grandparents, Biagia, Frank Gueli, Lucia and Salvatore Coco; and her godparents, Fred and Josephine Gioia.
She is survived by: her sister Lucy Darling (Herbert E. Darling Jr.); her close friend David Bellorado; her aunt Grace; her uncle George Alakel (Jocko); her cousins, Gina Guelia, Michael Gueli Jr., Linda Gueli, Frank Gueli (Trisha), Tracy Broudreau (Ray), John Alakel (Ann Marie) and Tom Latimer; her friends, Gail and Monty Waitt; and her caregivers, Kara Herlihy, Christie Bean and Sophia Choice.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cataudella Funeral Home (126 Pleasant Valley St, Methuen, MA 01844). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
