It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carmelina J. Pierro (Methuen, Massachusetts), who passed away on June 25, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Licciardi and Guilia Licciardi (Mollica); her husband Daniel Pierro; her sisters, Mary Madeline Sarcione, G. Josephine Licciardi and Assunta Pennisi; and her siblings-in-law, John Pennisi, Claude Sarcione, Frank, Joseph Pierro, Robert Morin and Claire Pierro.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah; her son-in-law Antonino Amoroso of Methuen, MA; her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Janice Pierro of Seabrook, NH; her grandchildren, Stephen Amoroso (Shawna), Christopher Amoroso of Methuen, MA, Samantha Pierro (Eric English) of Haverhill, MA and Michaela Pierro of Methuen, MA; her great grandchildren, Anabelle and Teodoro Amoroso; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Pierro Morin and Joan Pierro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cataudella Funeral Home (126 Pleasant Valley St, Methuen, MA 01844). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Shrine (28 Union St, Lawrence, MA 01841).
