It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn L. Scott of Methuen, Massachusetts, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on March 23, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Dayton and Ida Dayton; her siblings, Charles Dayton, Samuel Dayton, Nancy Dayton, Virginia Dayton, Elizabeth Tesoro (Joseph), Mildred Dayton and Norma Jean Dayton; her nephews, Hoppy Rauschenberg and Randy Tesoro; her great-nephew Joey Tesoro; her niece Christine Rensler; and her great-niece Billie Rae Rauschenberg.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur E. Scott, Sr. of Methuen; her sons, Arthur E. Scott, Jr. of Methuen and Dean L. Scott (Michelle) of Lawrence, MA.; her grandsons, Tyler and Zachary Scott; her sister Patricia Santore of Michigan; her sibling's children, Laurie Schroeder, Nikki Chagnon (Jerry) and Craig Rensler; her great-niece Kelly Frazier (DJ); and her great-nephew Shane Rauschenberg. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and in-laws.
